Small but this is a easy and quick way to turn your character blue quick using 2 computers or using L2rich/window mode it with the lineage 2 client.
You get 8 reccomendations per day. Once you make a recomendation you cannot give one. Try this. Once you give a reccomendation to someone. restart goto login screen. Re log back in and reccomend once more. Rinse and repeat.
This is partly true. 1st of all not everybody gets 8 rec's per day. I'm not sure of the amount but at lvl 40 u get 9 and it's something like 5 at lvl 20+. Just get a friend and rec each other then restart and rec again till u run out and wait for the next day to get more rec's. The higher lvl u r the more u get per each day. Your max score u can get is 255.
This whole rec system is a worthless piece of shit. Buffers can easy make 255 in no time by trading there buffs for rec's and once u get maxxed out u only have to trade 3 rec's for that day 2 max out again cause all u lose are 3 rec's. Some peeps will pay 5k for a rec. Anyway this whole blue thing is worthless.
